1. Is there any other way I can record or save videos without an SD card?

We offer 3-month free cloud storage (72 hours of video history). You can also use the SD card or subscribe to the cloud service for storage after the completion of free service.

2. How do I move my camera to a different wireless network?

If you're moving the camera to another building or using a new wireless network or router, you'll need to set up your camera again. First, press the camera power button to turn the camera on. Then press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds to restore the camera to factory settings. Next, add the device again using the same setup process as before, but inputting the new network name and password.

3. Can the sales company or someone else watch the video on the app?

Please rest assured to use. The entire video transmission process is encrypted. Without an account and password, no one can watch your video. The video will be stored in the local AWS Amazon Cloud server, instead of a private company server for a higher security level.

4. How about the performance of the detection alerts? Will the camera send me the immediate notification if there is any intrusion detected? Can I adjust the detection sensitivity and time slot?

Yes, you'll get a notification as soon as movement is detected. Our camera allows you to know instantly what is going on when unusual motion detected. You can also turn on/off detection alerts and adjust the detection sensitivity.
